As Lead Designer, I created a brand that reflects the future talent pathway—fresh, accessible, and relevant to a young, diverse Gen Alpha audience. The identity references the women’s talent pyramid and aligns tonally with BWSL/BWC while still standing alone. A bold wordmark with a directional motif highlights player progression, supported by a bright, ownable colour palette that feels modern, energetic, and perfectly suited to the programme’s next generation.
